Gulf Coast Plaster Artisans Italiwalls Student Ordering Information

At Gulf Coast Plaster Artisans, we are here to help you along your plaster journey! We are a proud partner of Italiwalls and the US distributor of Stucco Italiano plasters and decorative arts products used in the courses. Please review the following information carefully and be sure to check out our FAQ – see the link below.

Please note – These are professional level products. We strongly recommend that you complete the Italiwalls courses using the kits and tools listed below before undertaking other projects and using additional products. This will help ensure proper learning and success!

Also, we are not an online retailer. Our primary clientele is made up of professional applicators from around the US. Their orders often require considerable variation, technical support, and guidance. This does not lend itself to an online store environment. Soon, we will be offering an online option to purchase Italiwalls materials.

The best way to start and get your material kits for your courses is to email us at education@gulfcoastplasterartisans.com. You will receive a link to our “New Client Form” (please be sure to fill this out completely and accurately, or your order processing may be delayed.) You can also access the New Client Form here.

Please note – filling out the New Client Form is needed to create a customer profile in our system. It does not constitute “an order.” See below for ordering instructions. Also, being registered with Italiwalls is not the same as being registered (using the New Client Form) with us.

All technical and application questions regarding the kits, their materials, etc. should be directed to Italiwalls.

How to Order and What to Include in Your Order Email

The kits contain all the basics you need for each commensurate course. If you are interested in additional materials, we can help you there, too. Just let us know. We also offer a one-time 10% discount on additional plasters and sealers for Italiwalls students. Some exclusions apply including sample sizes, services, and shipping. If you are interested in purchasing additional products and would like to see pricing, you can request a price list via email at education@gulfcoastplasterartisans.com. We are also happy to speak with you about it, if need be, as well.

Once you let us know your needs, we will send you a secure electronic invoice (we do not take orders over the phone) If you would like to peruse the full Gulf Coast Plaster Artisans Stucco Italiano catalog or color chart beforehand, you can download them here – Catalog – Color Chart.

In your ordering email, please let us know the specific name of the course(s) you are enrolled in (see list and pricing below) and if you are interested in also acquiring the requisite tools for them. Please note – many of the available tools are applicable to multiple courses (please see the charts below.) You will see highlighted tools for each course and kit that are recommended. For the email, please include all of the following information to allow us to process your order more efficiently:

• Send email to education@gulfcoastplasterartisans.com.
• Include the correct name (see list below) of the course kit(s) you would like.
• If you are ordering the Venetian Mini Course, please include which one of the four color packs you would like (see below.)
• Also, include the full name (many are similarly named) of the tools you wish to purchase.
• Your full name used on the New Client Form.
• Please provide your shipping address and billing address (if different from your shipping address.)
• Your phone number.

This process is for Italiwalls course kits and tools only. For additional product orders and inquiries, please contact us. In the future, if you wish to order additional course kits or tools, please just follow the same process.

Once payment of your electronic invoice is complete, we will put you in the cue for kits. At times, we can have quite a few going and/or are awaiting more product to fulfill them. So, please allow up to 2 weeks for your kit to ship (most of the time it is much less, though, at times, delays in receiving inventory from overseas can cause further delays.) Your patience is appreciated!

August 2025 Updates:

• We are still awaiting the sourcing of liquid metal from Italiwalls for the Surface Design Master Class. We are hoping to have it in stock at some point in September. Check back for updates.
• We are currently processing numerous kits this month. So, your patience is appreciated. We will get to yours in the order in which your payment is received. Thank you.

Course List, Tools List and Pricing

Please note – Pricing does not include shipping. This is calculated based on your location, the size/weight of the order, etc. We seek to find the lowest shipping prices (which are always changing) possible for you. Kits and tools are typically shipped via ground carrier.

The tools highlighted for each course in yellow are highly recommended. Also, see the notes for each tool for more information. Unless you would like back-ups or tools for more persons, one tool applicable to multiple courses is sufficient.
